the room was spacious with a cool decor. bathrooms and rooms were clean and updated, i appreciated that. breakfast had lots of options and seemed like a good value.
the air conditioning wasn't very effective. it turned off each time i left the room. the staff left the window open all day, so hot air and insects came inside.

the hotel rooms feature smeg mini bars. mini bars have water, pepsi, and beer. these are all free and topped up each day. the hotel bar serves food until late hours and also includes a brewery. i found the restaurant service quick and friendly.
I found the location slightly away from the main tourist area. A short walk is necessary.

room design has an industrial style. the beds seem comfortable. a rainfall shower is a nice feature and the rooms are well equipped with modern amenities. i saw that cleanliness is maintained at a high standard.

the hotel is near the main square area. it is only a short ten minute walk. the location is convenient for exploring local sites. i noticed several restaurants and shops in the vicinity of the hotel.

staff members speak fluent english. they are polite and cheerful too. the staff appears ready to assist with requests. i also observed the service in the restaurant is quick and efficient during breakfast and dinner.

A few issue's but ok

The room had a great design. The bathroom looked vintage and had quality toiletries. I also liked the free drinks in fridge. There was lemonade, beer, and water available. The breakfast was nice. I ate salmon, eggs, and cakes.
My experience with the AC wasn't great. There was a loud noise coming from it, and it wasn't comfortable. I spoken with reception several times about it. But only a temporary solution was provided. It disturbed our sleep for three of four nights.
