The breakfast service was quite chaotic. Many items were empty, and the staff seemed slow to refill them. I also thought that the orange juice machine was broken down.

The location was fine. It's close to the city centre and the train station.
I found the miscommunication about parking annoying. I thought parking at the hotel was 12 euros, but the room i got was old with torn curtains. extra pillows were very thin. there was no cable tv and no phone in the room. I was disappointed by the cheap furniture

I appreciated the secure locked parking. It offered great peace of mind in a busy city center. the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. the room was nice, providing all the necessary amenities. i found the location convenient with easy access to attractions.
the roadworks outside caused unexpected noise. i wish i had known beforehand.

the hotel had a VERY good location, within walking distance of main attractions, made exploring easy. it was also conveniently close to the train station, a great advantage for travellers. i enjoyed being able to walk everywhere.
