The staff members were very helpful and kind. They readily answered our questions (i really appreciated that). the facilities were in excellent condition. i found the breakfast to be very good too.
I wish parking was easier. The hotel parking was full upon my arrival. i had to use a nearby, expensive parking garage.

The location was pretty convenient for exploring nearby attractions.
The cleanliness left something to be desired. I found some hairs in the bathroom and the toilet wasn't thoroughly clean. this detracted from the overall experience. It felt a bit careless.

The location was nice and central. parking was excellent! the room was comfortable, and i slept well. i appreciated being so close to everything. It made exploring very easy.
The lighting in the room was dated. paper cups were the only option. I missed having proper cups. the air conditioning unit on the fourth floor was very loud. It seemed a problem. i wish they had informed me before putting me there.

the breakfast was good i found the fresh squeezed orange juice machine particularly fun to use the staff were friendly and efficient during breakfast. the restaurant was well designed.
my room looked a little old i noticed torn curtains i also found the furniture to be somewhat cheap. there was no phone in the room.

The location was fine. It's close to the city centre and the train station.
I found the miscommunication about parking annoying. I thought parking at the hotel was 12 euros, but the room i got was old with torn curtains. extra pillows were very thin. there was no cable tv and no phone in the room. I was disappointed by the cheap furniture

I appreciated the secure locked parking. It offered great peace of mind in a busy city center. the staff members were friendly and always ready to help with directions or recommendations. the room was nice, providing all the necessary amenities. i found the location convenient with easy access to attractions.
the roadworks outside caused unexpected noise. i wish i had known beforehand.
