The location was unbeatable. The staff was very cute and accommodating to requests. The room was also very clean on arrival. I appreciate that I booked direct for a slightly better price.

The location was CENTRAL to everything. It really helped get around the city easily.
Our room was not in the main building. IT was in the annex. The room felt very dated. Plus, there was constant noise from the restaurant's AC unit next door. THIS made sleeping difficult.

The location was great. The hotel is near many interesting places. The room was also very quiet. I especially liked the air conditioning.
I was carrying heavy luggage. No one offered to help me with it. The soap bottle at the tub was also empty.
