mediocre stay with some issues.
non-functional air conditioninglimited toiletries
The air conditioning was definitely not working as advertised. i had to call for assistance, and the staff seemed pretty unconcerned. also, i found only body wash provided in the bathroom. I thought a spa hotel would offer a bit more in terms of toiletries. it's not the end of the world, but it was still pretty annoying.

the location is just excellent, so central. the spa was a big win for me, especially the various saunas. the room had a great layout and felt clean (which is always a plus). i rested and recharged , that's for sure!

the room was spacious and very clean. i noticed immediately heated flooring in the bathroom, even within the shower area! it had multiple jacuzzi tubs, so i didn't need to wait (i really hate waiting!).

the location was excellent. the modern interior had a certain charm. the spa was clean and cozy, a welcome escape. i found the breakfast choice good.
The air conditioning did not work in our room upon arrival. the staff informed us the room's sunny exposure caused this problem. they provided a fan. They said they were not responsible for hotel technology. there was a valve failure in the ac system. it was eventually discovered.
