Really good Boutique Hotel

attentive welcomeexcellent servicevaried menu
We stayed four nights. Upon arrival, the welcome was attentive. Mr Lucky, the pool barman, spoke excellent English and provided excellent service. Phanny, a waitress, also spoke very good English. The varied menu items were excellent.
I noticed some local music and chanting near the hotel, part of a funeral process. This was slightly distracting.

The breakfast buffet had good variety. I saw Ya, who was quiet but efficient. She was very good at making coffee. I tried various items on the menu, and all were excellent.

Everyone at the front desk greeted us. The staff were really good. Metta Tuk Tuk drivers waited outside, including Mr Kimsum and Mr Heung. The hotel provided prompt service, and the crew was attentive.

acceptable stay with noticeable drawbacks

furniture stainsstrong smell
The room i was in was not well-kept and lacked cleanliness. there was a strong smell of mosquito repellent initially (it gave me a headache). the furniture had stains, and there was mold on the bathroom curtains. i could hear staff talking loudly on the phone from my room. They should be more mindful.

i enjoyed the excellent pool with its bar. happy hour by the pool was a treat. the restaurant served delicious breakfasts with a wide range of choices. i also found the staff very friendly and helpful.
i noticed slight wear in some furniture, however, this did not detract from my overall positive experience.

the hotel is located a short tuk-tuk drive from restaurants and attractions, including pub street, so exploring the area was easy. tuk-tuk rides were readily available. this location provided a good balance between quiet and accessibility.

the staff offered a warm cambodian welcome with refreshing towels and cool drinks. the team went out of their way to ensure we had a nice experience. i really appreciated their attentiveness and the little details .

i was pleased with my extra large premier beautiful pool view room! the accommodations were clean and well maintained. my room included a very comfortable bed and modern amenities i would expect, so it felt luxurious.
