fantastic stay!
attentive staff efficient service local attractions fresh options
I really enjoyed my stay. the staff was attentive to my needs. They offered quick and efficient service. i loved the proximity to local attractions. Everything was within walking distance. the breakfast offered a decent selection of fresh options.

The staff provided prompt room service, delivering requests within minutes. I found this particularly helpful. bellhops were always available and eager to assist with luggage, a nice touch. staff members were genuinely polite. They consistently addressed me by name.

my room included a king-sized bed with high-quality linens, and i slept soundly. the bathroom featured a rainfall shower and luxury toiletries. the minibar was stocked daily with complimentary water, this was great. the room also had a balcony with city views.

the hotel has a spa, and i enjoyed the traditional hammam treatment. the gym includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes, very convenient. the rooftop terrace offered panoramic views of the surroundings, a real highlight. the hotel also has meeting rooms.

The breakfast buffet included fresh pastries, cheeses, and fruits. The food was AMAZING!!! the hotel restaurant serves a variety of local and international dishes. the bar offers a wide selection of cocktails and wines. the service was prompt and attentive.

The hotel is a short walk from the galata tower and nearby shops. public transportation is easily accessible. The tram stop is close. the neighborhood feels safe, even at night. i found this location to be convenient.

excessive noise receipt issue
the breakfast had many options.
The noise was excessive at night because many buildings had works being done. i also faced an issue at check-out. The staff asked me to pay for a meal that i had already paid for two days earlier by card. i had to search through my luggage for the receipt in front of everyone.
