An Acceptable Stay
helpful staff bosphorus tour air conditioning moldy kettle bathroom odor absent tissue
The staff were helpful regarding local directions. The hotel organized a sunset tour of the Bosphorus. The room included air conditioning.
The kettle inside the room had molds. The bathroom lacked an air outlet, and odors lingered. I also noticed there was no tissue paper available.

friendly staff big room nice view dirty curtains different picture
the staff are so friendly i'm really happy i met them! my room are big and it had a nice view. i also liked that everything was so close i could walk anywhere i want!
my room wasnt exactly the same from the pictures online. there were holes in the curtains it was so weird and they were super dirty.

the room i stayed in, a budget double room, was clean upon my arrival. the air conditioning system worked efficiently, maintaining a consistent temperature throughout My stay. i found the provided toiletries to be of good quality. The mini-market near the hotel offered a convenient way to get snacks.
the elevator was SOMEWHAT slow.

decent stay near sultanahmet
convenient location helpful staff poor isolation outdated bathroom
The location was definitely convenient. it was a short walk to major attractions such as sultanahmet. ali at the reception was helpful. He upgraded my room to one with a balcony.
the sound isolation was not good at all. i could hear noise from other guests late into the night. the bathroom felt a bit outdated, and the towels seemed old.

i found the staff very helpful they assisted with luggage storage upon my early arrival the rooms provided great views i especially liked the sea view from my window the breakfast was quite complete offering a variety of choices near the area.
the sound isolation wasn't ideal i could hear noise from outside and other rooms a bit more than i preferred.

friendly team wonderful service breakfast information wifi issues
the team was so friendly. they provided wonderful service. the rooms are serviced daily, so everything was fresh.
i didn't receive any information about breakfast. the wifi in my room sometimes stopped working, but it was fine elsewhere

The super nice team. They organised a bosphorus sunset tour for me. the location was amazing for reaching the main attractions quickly (a real time saver!). i found the rooms comfortable, although i noted some noise from guests arriving late.
