uncomfortable beds faulty air conditioning
The location was amazing! It made walking to the most famous historical sites easy and cafes and restaurants were close by.
The beds were not comfortable. The air conditioning didn't work properly. The AC machine switched off in the middle of the night and didn't work during the day. Staff kept saying that the hotel management was not fixing it.

convenient sightseeing helpful staff turkish channels air conditioning
the hotel is close to the main square i found this convenient for sightseeing. the staff were helpful and very friendly i liked that.
the hotel did not have air conditioning at the time of my stay it was not working. the tv only had turkish channels i could not understand the shows.

convenient location fresh food
The location was close to major historical sites. I found the tram stop nearby convenient for exploring other areas. The breakfast terrace offered lovely views. Freshly prepared food was available daily.
The minibar was not replenished .
