great location clean room friendly staff small room inconvenient elevator unavailable assistance
i found the location fantastic i could walk to restaurants and attractions. the room was clean and overlooked place de l'odeon. the staff were friendly and detailed in cleaning the room.
the elevator only goes to the 4th floor carrying luggage to the 5th was not easy. the rooms were small. assistance with luggage was unavailable.

Acceptable Location, Noticeable Issues
staff unassistance poor insulation
The hotel location proved advantageous for nearby attractions.
The elevator only reached the 4th floor. I had to carry luggage to the 5th floor without staff assistance. sound insulation seemed subpar. I clearly heard neighbors.

mixed experience with some drawbacks
difficult luggage unfriendly staff
the elevator access posed a problem. i found myself dragging luggage up half a flight of stairs to reach it on the fifth floor. after using the elevator to the fourth floor, i faced another set of stairs. this made handling large luggage quite difficult. the morning front desk staff seemed unfriendly during checkout. he seemed reluctant to assist and only responded when prompted. this was not the best way to end my stay.

clean room comfy bed great air conditioning tight space other guests street noise
My room was very clean. The hotel had comfy beds. Air conditioning worked great in my family suite. It had two rooms instead of all beds in one room.
The room space was tight. I experienced noise from other guests. Street noise was also an issue for me at this location.

great location helpful staff cleaning ladies
i found the location to be great near luxembourg garden and major attractions. the staff was helpful from cleaning ladies to the counter staff. i especially appreciated tatiana solange adman and the gentleman who provided ice cubes.

helpful staff central location comfy bed good size closet
The staff was very helpful. They gave clear directions. The hotel's location is central. It is near iconic places. The bed are comfy. A good size closet is in the room. I could easily unpack my suitcase.
The walls are a bit thin, but it was manageable.

Many cafe and restaurant options are nearby. Guests can choose based on different preferences. I saw a Starbucks. Mini supermarkets are a short walk from the hotel.

The staff were warm and professional. They assisted with storing our luggage. This happened both before check-in and after check-out. It made moving around easier for us.

The room included a wide window facing the street. The window overlooked the front of a theater. It let in plenty of natural light. The room was cleaned every day.

The location is very convenient. It's an easy walk to many popular attractions. The metro and bus stops are nearby. The neighborhood not sketchy at all to walk around, even at night.

A coffee machine is available. A kettle is in the room. They provide coffee and tea. The air conditioning system worked very well in the summer heat.
