I encountered a couple of issues . The shower head in my room sprayed water in every direction but down (a minor inconvenience, but still). I found the selection of television channels limited. I REALLY missed having access to more news channels.

the location was good.

The room they gave me was not cleaned properly. there were hairs in the bathroom, and the floor had not been hoovered well. the restaurant service was slow, and the food was only average. i also found the noise from the hallway disturbing at night. Doors slammed often.

A Charmed Find

I found the car park huge and easily accessible with ample spaces. The breakfast offered a great selection of choices all presented to a high standard. The health suite was a delight as it had a pool, sauna, and steam area with excellent changing rooms. I found the location was ideal as it was a short walk to the main street shops and bars.

The gym equipment seems a bit dated and could use some updating as I could see at first glance.

The breakfast variety included a great hot chocolate option. I was very happy. the beds were super comfy in my classic double room. the bathrooms were clean and modern. there were plenty of mirrors, which i always appreciate. but the lighting options were also great.

the hotel gave every room a fan, but i would prefer air conditioning during warmer times.
