a decent stay in a lively area
convenient location clean room luggage storage tiny room noticeable noise air conditioning
the location was really convenient , close to subway lines and tons of yummy food. the room was super clean. i was able to get my luggage stored after checkout , allowing me to explore more without any burdens.
the room was a bit tiny , a common thing in that area though. the noise from the nearby bridge was noticeable , especially during peak hours. also , i couldn't control the room's air conditioning , it was either too cold or off.

solid stay!
stocked room luggage storage quick snow removal
The room was stocked with essentials. The staff held our luggage both before check-in and after check-out. this allowed me to explore unencumbered. the hotel quickly cleared snow around the entrance. It was quite helpful. the subway station was a short walk, about five minutes.
The air conditioning made the room very cold. I could not regulate it.

I found several options for chinese food nearby. They were delicious. the front desk provided a list of recommendations. This included restaurants and cafes. it helped me find a great coffee shop i visited every morning!

The hotel is in chinatown. It's a central area! the brooklyn bridge is within walking distance. You can get there easily for sunrise. the hotel's location is convenient for exploring the neighborhood and beyond. Subway access is great

short walk helpful staff useful umbrella
the subway stations are only a short walk away i found several nice spots nearby to eat breakfast and lunch the hotel provided umbrellas which was useful during unexpected rain the staff offered helpful advice making my stay smoother
the air conditioning was difficult to adjust as it seemed to operate on a central system this made the room a bit too cold at times

noisy fan highway noise
The room itself felt a bit small, to be honest. I think the real issue was the climate control. A noisy fan was built into the ceiling light and operated with a remote. I'm glad the weather was mild because opening the window let in all kinds of noise from the nearby highway and bridge.
