lukewarm breakfast missing compensation
i was quite disappointed by a couple of things . there was no hot water available for a shower before going out on new year's eve.. breakfast on january 1st was only lukewarm. i've enjoyed previous stays at this hotel, but this time, i found it lacking. i expected some compensation, even a small discount on the bill or a future stay, but nothing was offered.

The breakfast included local ingredients and was spot on. The hosts made me very welcome. They couldn't do enough to help. The king size bed was comfortable and facilitated great sleep.
The shower pressure were a bit weak.

teresa and rheinallt greeted me at the car. the room and hotel were super clean. breakfast was amazing. caring owners made it special. i will return to stay.

I appreciated the large TV with Netflix and Prime Video. The room also included a fridge stocked with bottled water and fresh milk.
There were issues . The shower lacked consistent hot water, quite inconvenient. Breakfast temperature was also inconsistent. On one morning, it was barely lukewarm.

Really good stay with great amenities

Teresa and Rhein greeted us with a warm welcome and showed us to our reserved parking space. The room was amazing with super clean cleanliness and ample space. i enjoyed amazing views from two windows. Mini-fridge offered water and fresh milk, alongside many tea and coffee options. The comfy bed featured super bedding, great storage, robes, slippers, a super shower, huge fluffy towels and great toiletries.

A reserved parking space is conveniently located right outside. Breakfast is fabulous and cooked to perfection, with very plentiful options. The location is perfect with a short stroll to the Promenade and Town Centre, great for accessibility.
