The gym was acceptable. It had a treadmill and some weights.
the room was not so good. the air conditioning unit was making A LOT of noise all night, keeping me awake. also, the breakfast buffet selection seemed very limited and not particularly fresh.

The room was a beautiful twin room and it was very spacious. the fitness equipment was good and plenty of them. the staff were helpful. I especially like them bringing me extra towels quickly.
The air conditioning made loud noises and it never got cold enough. the breakfast coffee machine were slow and caused long queues. the pillow were much to thick and hard. I did not sleep well.

I found the breakfast excellent. there was an egg station and many other freshly prepared items available to my liking. the gym was good. It had a nice pool.
The pillow offered no good neck support. management took no action when larger groups were around. There is no soundproof.

empty minibarrusted fittings
The room i got was a bit of a letdown. Website showed a minibar, but it was empty except for two water bottles. No coffee or tea facilities either! i thought those are standard in thailand. the 'city view' was more like an ugly concrete block. Definitely not what i expected. the bathroom was huge but mostly empty space, and the shower was cramped and rusty.
