musty smelldirty bathtub
I found my stay disappointing. the room smelled musty and felt quite outdated. hairs were in the bathtub. It wasn't very clean. the so-called executive lounge was unmanned and lacked any atmosphere (basic ice cream was the only highlight).

the staff was friendly and helpful. sauna and hot bath facilities were good. my room, a beautiful double room, was spacious.
the hotel is in a quiet area (not much around). the hotel offers a free shuttle service, but it's a small van with around 5 seats. i had to reserve early to get a ride to the metro station. it takes around 10-15 minutes to walk there.

I found the room spacious and equipped with great amenities. The bathroom layout included two separate sinks. The hotel provided a free shuttle service to the nearest MRT station, which I found very convenient.
I did notice that the minibar was empty upon arrival, and contained only a couple bags of chips after I asked for some refreshments.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The doormen were particularly kind and courteous. The team arranged taxis and offered comprehensive support to all guests (i noticed).

The hotel features a gym with three treadmills. The pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded section. There is a starbucks downstairs. The free shuttle runs regularly.

The breakfast buffet had many options including local and international dishes. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit selection. There was also a variety of pastries available (especially the croissants!).
