great spot near everything!

The hotel's location was central, right by the main street with bars and restaurants. a major highlight was marta at reception. She was friendly and gave excellent local tips. the room had a nice view of the marina and tram line. It was quite enjoyable.
the air conditioning remote was stuck to the wall and a barrier prevented me from adjusting the temperature. i understand energy costs, but for the price, i expected more control over the cooling.

The hotel has a good cafe with outdoor seating. It is perfect for a quick bite. breakfast is available, i saw good options. several restaurants are also very close to the hotel.

the hotel is located directly in front of the sea. the main street offers many restaurants and bars. the main beach is also quite close, accessible easily. the tram station is a step away.

The staff was very helpful. I appreciated their friendly attitude. katerina at the reception was lovely and sorted out everything i needed. the owner was charming. It created a cute atmosphere.

the location is great. it is right opposite the beach and tram stop. luke was very helpful (i appreciated his assistance). the staff generally were kind.
the beds were super uncomfortable. the linens felt scratchy and cheap. there was no coffee in the room, only hot water for tea.
