the location offered amazing views of the mountains and surrounding greenery the botanical garden had a wide variety of plants and provided a peaceful atmosphere. breakfast included a generous spread of food options all of good quality i found the easy parking a great convenience especially given the remote location.
the room lacked air conditioning and only had a noisy fan making sleep difficult on hot nights the restaurant service was slow with significant delays before being attended to even when the restaurant was not busy

The mountain location is good, and it provided a quiet setting.
The room felt quite basic for the price I paid. Cleanliness was below expectations. I found hair and dust on the blankets. The bed also creaked a lot whenever I moved.

The location is fine. It is perfect for exploring the surrounding mountains. all staff members i encountered provided helpful and friendly service. i especially appreciated the beautiful swimming pool surrounded by trees and mountains. the basilica inside the hotel grounds added a tranquil and cultural touch.
The breakfast coffee machine often needed servicing. This caused some delays.

the hotel location is in the mountains, a place full of nature. I saw many hiking trails nearby. The views from the room were nice. i also enjoyed the quiet atmosphere.
The room felt cold . There was no hair dryer in the room. i found few restaurant options nearby. The offer was limited. breakfast was very basic, with mainly cold foods and no hot options apart from toast.
