The staff was very helpful and friendly! The hotel's location is great. A short walk gets you to stores and restaurants with local food. I loved that! My room was clean, and the sound isolation was very good. The breakfast had a big variety. I could choose what I wanted.
The hotel overlooked a petrol station. That operated all night.

I found parking in front of the hotel very convenient. The hotel features a bar downstairs with a great selection of grappas. The spa was wonderful with outdoor jacuzzi and different styles of sauna.

The hotel arranged for us to take away a boxed breakfast due to our early check out. The night porter made us coffees and it was helpful. Staff remembered who we were and which room we were in.

The breakfast was excellent with so much choice. I found that the breakfast buffet had a really good range of food to start the day. Gennaro in the dining room made an effort to welcome us.

I appreciated the spa area with its saunas and water massage pool. It was a good place for relaxation after skiing. The restaurant stood out because of the chef. He was a true master of his craft. The food was fresh and of great quality. Portions were perfect.
The wellness area had limited free use. After 3 pm it became an extra charge. I found this inconvenient for afternoon relaxation. A clear schedule or more included hours would be helpful.
