The rooms were clean and tidy. The bathroom had a nice size. It was close to the bus.
The walls need some repainting. the door frames need it too. This is not good at all.

the location was acceptable. it was outside of the main tourist area.
The rooftop bar was closed (i was really looking forward to that). the breakfast felt basic. also, my room key stopped working daily. I had to get it reprogrammed each time.

The breakfast was amazing. I especially enjoyed the fresh orange juice from the automatic juicer. The staff was always helpful, and they gave great recommendations for local restaurants near the hotel.
My room overlooked an interior courtyard. The natural light was not very good.

the location NEAR bus lines I did like. the staff Was ALWAYS very friendly to me. the rooms Was ALWAYS nice AND comfortable with all i needed.
the shower OVER bath did not drain very fast, so a small puddle happened.

i hate to say it. i really do! two nights passed without hot water. there were zero warnings and zero apologies from the management. the location was decent and the rooms were okay, but the management's handling of the situation ruined the experience. i would not recommend this place and i definitely won't return.

The staff provided recommendations for dinner. They also provided a corkscrew when I asked. The room was spacious and clean. I enjoyed the stay. The railway station is within walking distance.
