I had a superior queen chairtype room. It was very clean. the hotel location is near many main attractions. the room was spacious, well decorated, and comfortable.

The location was acceptable, putting me close to many attractions.
I am DISAPPOINTED with the pool access. It was difficult to reserve a time slot. The process felt disorganized. my room lacked a kettle for tea. Staff did not comprehend my request for one, even when I translated it into Japanese.

varied options strong water pressure multiple restaurants hot water
the breakfast buffet included varied options. rooms are between the 21st and 27th floors. there are multiple restaurants available on the first floor. i noticed hot water comes out quickly, and water pressure is strong.
finding the entrance proved somewhat difficult. the convenience store on the second floor was also a bit hard to locate.

The location was great (so close to everything!).
The pool was a major letdown. The hotel explicitly prohibits swimming and it seems it is only for taking selfies, disappointing.
