Excellent Location and Service
friendly staff nice view easy access
I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful. My room offered a nice view of the bay and the ferris wheel. The hotel connects directly to a shopping mall and this was convenient. There is direct access to the train line from the shopping mall. I found getting to shibuya was simple. It was a short walk and a thirty minute train ride.
I noticed there were not many clothes hangers provided in the cabinet. Only four clothes hangers were available. I also noticed a limited number of drawers for storing clothes. There were only two drawers available beside the bed.
Service

The staff greeted guests immediately upon arrival from the airport limousine bus. They assisted with luggage and escorted guests to check-in on the 25th floor. The staff provided information about store and restaurant locations.

The room was spacious with a modern design, a super clean bathroom, and provided many amenities. The bathroom featured a japanese toilet. Guests had the choice of pillows for increased comfort at the hotel.

The hotel provides daily breakfasts and nightly receptions at the bay club lounge. The buffet breakfast includes many choices for all guests. Several restaurants are located in the attached mall including hard rock cafe.

fantastic hotel experience
convenient location direct access luggage scale polite staff
i found the location convenient. the hotel had direct access to a shopping mall , made dining very easy. i also appreciated the weighing scale for luggage available on the ground floor. the staff were very polite and accommodating .
i noticed the soundproofing wasn't perfect, i could hear some traffic noise at times. it wasn't a major issue but could be a slight inconvenience for light sleepers.

the room offered a spacious layout with clear attention to detail. i loved the well-stocked amenities and the daily cleaning service maintained a high standard of cleanliness during my time there which was commendable.

The location is at a shopping mall. It is very convenient.
I found the staff was not helpful at all. They did not help with our luggage from arrival to departure (a significant oversight).

acceptable stay with some disappointments
insufficient hangers lack of water
the room was spacious and tidy enough for my short visit.
i was frustrated with the lack of complimentary water after the first day they expected me to fetch water from a dispenser in another room this was never explained at check-in also there were only four clothes hangers available insufficient for even a short stay. finally there were very few drawers available for storing clothes , made unpacking difficult
