basic stay, some issues

small room impersonal process

The room was quite small, a real squeeze with luggage. the check-in kiosk was frustrating too. it was slow, and i still needed staff assistance anyway. It defeated the purpose. i found the whole process impersonal. There wasn't much customer service.
