adequate stay, some minor issues
helpful staff clean room public transportation small room overpriced breakfast tax overcharge
the staff was very helpful, i appreciated that. the room was clean. the location was outside the busy tourist area, this helped with noise.
the room was small. the breakfast was not that special for the price. i found the lobby employee tried to overcharge city tax.

excellent location and perfect service
good breakfast reasonable price
The hotel is a short walk from the train station, about 5-10 minutes. many good restaurants are nearby. the breakfast included sufficient variety. i was particularly happy with the complimentary coffee machine for 24/7 use. There were also snacks available. a wine bar with reasonable prices was set up each evening.
The city tax calculation at the lobby was initially incorrect. I was quoted triple the amount. it was resolved eventually, though the parking was expensive!

The hotel enjoys a quiet neighborhood setting. It is also well connected via multiple transport links. the area felt okay all time. This contributed to a relaxed atmosphere. metro line 12's convention station is easily accessible.

The room included a kettle, a safe, and a heated towel rail. i appreciated the well functioning air conditioning, which doubled for heating. the bed had comfortable pillows. Soft, large towels were also provided.

The breakfast room was beautifully decorated. I found the setting quite pleasant. free tea and coffee were available at all times. This added a nice touch. the homemade fruit salad stood out. I also enjoyed the variety of cheeses and yogurts.

the staff were helpful. i asked for directions and received clear, concise instructions. the breakfast included quality food. the hotel location is near the metro station, i appreciate transport proximity.

the staff greeted me with such warmth. the room included a mini fridge, i found very practical. complimentary water was restocked daily. a selection of hot drinks remained available at any time.

wonderful stay in a great location
cleanliness lovely decorations helpful staff
the hotel was very clean, and the decorations were lovely, especially in the breakfast room. it really set a nice tone for the day. i found the staff available and helpful anytime i needed assistance. the location was great with many shops and a metro station close.
i found the room to be on the smaller side, so i had a little difficulty managing luggage at times. otherwise, everything was ideal.
