amazing location helpful staff huge selection
The location is amazing! i could access both sides of the river and all the cool spots nearby. the staff was super helpful, especially with directions. the breakfast was excellent. It had a huge selection of foods and drinks!!!

bluetooth speaker mineral water bonus
the room included a bluetooth marshall speaker. i easily connected my phone to this speaker and played my music. the hotel had fresh mineral water on tap and that was a real bonus.

helpful staff generous variety easy access complimentary coffee
i found the staff to be helpful with directions. the breakfast provided a generous variety of options and i enjoyed the fresh pastries. the hotel's location allowed easy access to major attractions and public transport. i certainly took advantage of the complimentary tea and coffee available in the common area.
the sink in my room seemed to drain slowly which was a minor inconvenience.

the room had well designed furniture the bed was very comfortable and i noted the excellent soundproofing it was a peaceful retreat. daily replenishment of toiletries ensured i never ran short of essentials.

breakfast included a wide array of fresh fruit cheeses and pastries. the coffee machine was easy to use and offered several options. the breakfast room was beautiful a great start to each day.

the hotel provided complimentary tea coffee and water in the common area around the clock. i noticed there was a small business center equipped with computers and a printer. the elevators were fast and efficient i never had to wait long.

superior comfort luscious foods
the location allows easy access to major monuments. the hotel is near the jewish quarter. rooms provide superior comfort. breakfast includes luscious foods.
I found the rooms need a revamp. cleaning was not satisfactory. I found socks on the floor. the bay windows are huge, and curtains are heavy. sink drain holds water. Bins lack plastic covers.

the staff were friendly and helpful. they are always ready to meet guests' needs. storing luggage safely while waiting for a cruise after check-out was helpful.
