The breakfast offered a wonderful selection. i especially enjoyed the fresh pastries and fruit. the room was spacious and it had a very comfortable bed. the location was fantastic. It was so easy to access public transportation (what a relief!).
the air conditioning in my room wasn't working effectively. the room felt quite warm, even with it on. the carpets seemed old (a bit worn).

Fantastic Location and Excellent Service!

I checked in early, around 9 AM, and the staff allowed me to access my room immediately without any extra charge! The room was ready, a good surprise. I found the location very nice with easy access to the subway and bus lines right outside. Breakfast met my expectations too!
The street noise was noticeable during the early morning hours. I suggest requesting a room away from the front if you are sensitive to noise.

The room included two Juliet balconies, which gave it a special touch. The large windows illuminated the space effectively. I found the room large, and it included an en-suite bathroom. The bed was comfy too!

the location was convenient. the metro station was right outside the hotel, easy to get around. i also found several supermarkets within walking distance, useful for buying snacks and drinks.
I only received one tea bag for a multi-night stay. The staff directed me to get more from the breakfast room, but another employee confronted my husband, demanding the tea bags back. This was humiliating.

Breakfast offered many options, and i found the all-day restaurant meal choices suitable. the pannonhalma apátság white wine at the café was delicious. It made for a relaxing evening without needing to venture out far.

The hotel was very clean. The bed was comfortable. There were enough towels. The location is great. Everything is near, there is no need for a car. I got a room facing a wall at first but the staff changed it the next day when one was available.
Breakfast was limited and the exact same thing every day. I see the breakfast buffet in the marketing pictures. That is misleading.
