idyllic island getaway
picturesque bridge complimentary prosecco complimentary drinks
the hotel offers a picturesque bridge connecting the car park and reception to the island. the staff provided a complimentary bottle of prosecco in my room to celebrate my birthday. the minibar was stocked with complimentary drinks, a thoughtful touch. the restaurant team made a special light supper for me at the bar.
i found the undisclosed added service charge for cleaning on departure quite inconvenient.

small room poor sleep
the island location was satisfactory. it was a short distance to a nearby attraction.
the room i occupied was small and felt worn. it lacked sufficient space for luggage, and the bed was particularly uncomfortable, resulting in a poor night's sleep. the size of the room was unacceptable, uncomfortable bed

Acceptable stay, some drawbacks observed
birthday note chocolate muffins bottle of prosecco small bedroom loud aircon poor handling
I stayed in The Temple. Staff left a birthday note with two chocolate mini muffins. A full bottle of Prosecco was available in the fridge. The minibar was free, my husband enjoyed Tiger beers.
The room was small. Air conditioning was loud. I phoned to be moved because of noise, I was not handled the right way.
