unprofessional response lack of toothbrush
the food tasted very fresh and were amazing.
the receptionist responses did lack professional. i asked for a toothbrush at about 8pm. they told me they had run out of toothbrushes and just hang up the phone. this was disappointing

Acceptable stay, but some issues noticed
noisy air conditioning limited selection
The staff at the bar were attentive, providing quick service.
The room felt a bit dated. The furniture showed some wear, and the bathroom fixtures looked old. The air conditioning was quite noisy and difficult to regulate, IT kept cycling on and off all night. The breakfast buffet was VERY basic and the selection was limited.
