Excellent Stay Near the Gardens
onsite parking comfortable bed
the location was superb, right by the gardens. the breakfast offered many choices, and the staff consistently replenished the buffet. i appreciated the availability of parking onsite.. this was quite convenient. the room featured a comfortable bed, and housekeeping maintained excellent standards throughout my stay.
the air conditioning in my room was not functioning optimally. i reported this, but it was a building-wide issue. this affected the overall comfort, especially during warmer hours.

cute staff helpful staff excellent breakfast comfortable area
This hotel is directly across from Kensington Gardens!!! Early check-in was available, and the staff were really cute and helpful. The breakfast was Excellent!!! Sirajul and his team definitely were very good. The breakfast eating area felt very comfortable and inviting!
The quilt was far too small for the bed. I wish the hotel offered a slightly larger size.

The room felt small. The air conditioning did not work as well as expected. The corridor felt cooler.
