The staff was very kind. They recommended a good place for dinner.
The AC did not work properly in my room. The beds are really uncomfortable too. The location is not ideal at all.

inadequate soundproofingfaulty air conditioning
the soundproofing was inadequate. i could hear other guests talking and walking at night and , made sleeping difficult. the air conditioning was also a problem. it did not function properly .
