Fantastic stay!
friendly staff breakfast choice foot reflexology
The staff were very friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast had plenty of choices to suit everyone.. The spa is amazing. I got a foot reflexology. It was heaven. I cannot thank the staff enough for their efforts and care.

I HAD a Balcony Suite . It felt very roomy. Staff members Wira attended to my room efficiently and left thoughtful notes and towel animals.
the stone path to rooms far from the reception was uneven.

high noise quiet area
the three pools are a plus for a longer stay. they were a fine way to spend a few hours.
the noise level was high and quite disruptive. many children were unsupervised around the pool all day. the noise made relaxing nearly impossible and the lack of quiet areas was a real letdown.

fantastic stay
breakfast selection swimming pools large rooms friendly staff
i found the breakfast buffet offered a nice selection. the hotel has three swimming pools that were well-kept. i appreciated the large rooms. the staff were generally friendly and helpful. i also found a shuttle bus available for convenient transport.
there was scaffolding on stairs. this posed a slight hazard for kids.

efficient air conditioning reasonable size large bathrooms open plan wash basins visible toilet
The resort provided everything I needed, including a spa. The air conditioning in the room worked very efficiently. The rooms were a reasonable size. The large bathrooms were very convenient.
The open plan in the garden view room was not ideal for me. The wash basins were next to the bed. The toilet was visible from the door (which was not comfortable). I found this to be a bit unpleasant.

usb port open plan
the breakfast variety was acceptable with many options.
the room i was initially given had a weird open plan. the wash basins were right next to the bed, and the toilet was visible from the door (i found that to be quite odd). also, many of the usb ports didn't work, and the plug points were only near the wash basin, so i had to charge my devices near the sink, not ideal.

helpful staff great variety low quietness poor housekeeping
The hotel staff was very helpful. The breakfast had great options and was tasty. It had a great variety of foods. Everything was fresh.
The room I had was not as quiet as I expected. The housekeeping only rearranged the bed, it was not actual cleaning.
