I found the staff very helpful and attentive. The hotel's proximity to shops and restaurants made exploring easy. I appreciated the attentive service . The location near the beach was especially convenient.
The room I had showed some maintenance issues such as a leaky faucet and some mold in the grout. These small details could use some attention.

I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the beach shops and restaurants. All staff members were helpful and friendly I left my luggage after checkout and the staff was thoughtful. The live music each night in the restaurant created a lively atmosphere.

The staff here are great. Kari hosted bracelet making. Nova gave hand massages. I did have an issue with the a/c, but the staff took care of it at midnight. It was client centric.
The music played till 11 in the restaurant. It was loud where my room was. Music then restarts early. It woke me up. The walls were super thin so I could hear people walking and talking.
