the staff was friendly! the porter met me at international arrivals and helped me with my luggage. the breakfast buffet included an espresso machine. i asked for a late check out and they granted it.
the bathroom looked so dirty. i didn't shower. the carpet needed a clean and looked stained. the walk from the airport felt uneasy because it was dark, and men were loitering and smoking.

My room featured a very comfy bed. The staff welcomed me, and they were very helpful on the phone and in person. The breakfast buffet provided many options. The location is AMAZING as it is connected directly to the airport.
The air conditioning unit was not working properly, I had some trouble sleeping.

The breakfast had so many choices. I really enjoyed that. The check-in process was quick, even at 1 AM. I was grateful. After a long arrival process through customs, which took two hours, I looked forward to a shower. I found the hotel very convenient, and I will use it again.
The air conditioning in the dining area was not very effective. I noticed that.

The location is superb for passengers in transit. This made my quick turnaround easy. The hotel is a short walk to both the domestic and international terminals. This proximity is a major benefit for early morning flights.

The staff were accommodating and easy to talk to at the front desk. They allowed baggage storage before my flight. I found this helpful. The staff was very helpful, assisting with my luggage to and from the airport.

poor air conditioningconfusing network
i experienced several problems. the air conditioning barely worked. it struggled to keep the room cool, a MAJOR issue. also, finding my way from the airport to the hotel reminded me of navigating a maze. i had to drag my luggage through a confusing network of underground parking lots and dimly lit alleys.
