charming stay!
fantastic location spacious room helpful staff
I found the staff great. ebony at reception was very helpful! the rooms are spacious. each room includes a balcony. the location is also fantastic. It is easy to navigate the area.

the service was great, especially dante at the rooftop pool. he greeted everyone with a smile and offered helpful advice. angel ensured the complimentary coffee was fresh, a very nice touch.

The hotel's location is fantastic. It's near many bars and restaurants. it is also walkable to sunset strip and melrose and santa monica blvd. the neighborhood felt very peaceful and quiet.

the rooftop pool has amazing views. the rooftop bar has a free wine hour. the hotel features cool music and very nice art. the gym had limited equipment, including three cardio machines.

A superb stay
spacious suite fresh baked cookies helpful staff
The suite room was spacious and well appointed. Staff arranged a plate of cookies and a bottle for my birthday. I found the staff to be universally polite and helpful especially those in the front office.
i experienced a slight delay in the deposit refund process.

nice pool morning coffee guest meeting expensive parking dark room unpleasant view
The pool was really nice. I could lounge there easily. I also liked that there was complimentary morning coffee. That happy hour let me meet several guests.
The parking felt extortionate. It cost $65US a day. the City View room I booked was dark. The view was not nice at all.

great stay at hotel
smooth check-in nice view excellent service
Carla at the front desk greeted us warmly. She made check-in very smooth. I loved the suite on the 5th floor. It included a balcony that had nice views. Andrew, the bartender, provided excellent service at the rooftop pool.
The hotel charged $65 per night for valet parking. I felt this was quite expensive as there were no other parking options nearby. This parking fee significantly increased the overall cost of my stay.

The room included a spacious layout with modern decor and a king-sized bed. A mini-fridge, a coffee maker, and a tv were useful additions to the space. The balcony offered ample seating and clear views.

poor isolation hidden fee
I found several issues to be disappointing. First, the isolation was not good. I could hear guests arriving above my room late at night. It sounded like they were in my living room, not theirs. the hotel charges $50 a day for parking. They did not tell me about this fee before I got there. It felt more like a money-making scheme than a service.

evening hour rooftop pool tennis court
the hotel offers free coffee each morning. this was great as i had adventures in the city. also, there was a wine hour in the evening. the rooftop pool and tennis court was very fun. the views up there are very nice.
The hotel lacked nearby stores. Buying water at the hotel was overpriced.

high gratuity expensive parking
the valet parking fee was extortionate!!! i paid $65 a night and i couldn't even find street parking. also, the rooftop bar automatically adds a 20% gratuity to every bill. i find that frustrating as a solo traveler. i had to walk up to the bar to order my drink myself!!!
