a good retreat
lively restaurants close market outdoor deck helpful staff
i loved the location near many lively restaurants. the wonderful mercat ruzafa was also conveniently close. i found the outside deck area to be a true bonus. the helpful staff assisted with dropping off bags before and after my stay.
the street outside was somewhat noisy at times due to nearby bars and traffic

the beautiful studio provided all necessary utilities. i especially appreciated the induction cooker, kettle, and coffee maker. there were also ample supplies provided, including cleaning products and toiletries, a welcome surprise.

the hotel has a very good location relative to the city center. many restaurants and shops surround the building. the main train station was within easy walking distance, only about ten minutes, which proved quite convenient.

the apartment had an induction cooker a kettle pots pans plates cups cutlery a microwave and a coffee maker available cleaning and hygiene products like toothbrushes and dish soap were provided the bed was comfortable too it ensured i had a restful sleep
the room lacked a shower door resulting in water spreading across the bathroom after each use

Street Noise and Sewer Smells
street noise sewer smell
The noise from the street was intense because of the bars. It went on until 2:30 AM. Sleeping was impossible even with earplugs. A terrible sewer smell came from the bathroom, it spread throughout the bedroom.

A balanced stay
wheelchair access king size bed self catering equipment check in online contract terrible smell
The ground floor apartment offered good wheelchair access if required. The king sized bed was firm. Self catering equipment was available. Refreshments included breakfast snacks.
Check in was not smooth because I got an email on the day of arrival. I had to fill in a contract online. There was a terrible smell in the room even though it was clean.

late code sewage odor
The check-in process was delayed. I received the access code via WhatsApp 20 minutes late, so I waited outside. There was a terrible sewage odor in the bathroom and bedroom. I reported the problem to the reception, and they promised a 10% refund but never delivered. They addressed the smell with air freshener.

Fantastic Location and Clean Apartment!

The apartment was very clean and well equipped. It included everything needed for a comfortable stay, such as an induction cooker, pots, pans, and cutlery. They also provided cleaning and hygiene products like a toothbrush and dish soap. The bed was super comfy and allowed a fantastic sleep. I was able to leave my bags before and after my stay. The staff was helpful.
The check-in process required me to upload my documents online. This did not work initially and caused delays.

The staff were friendly and helpful. They readily stored my bags both before check-in and after check-out, which I appreciated very much. Assistance was always prompt and courteous.

The location was amazing. It had plenty of great food options nearby and fun shopping at vintage stores. It was only about a ten-minute walk to busier central areas. Everything was easily accessible.
