historic hotel stay
historic buildingwater bottlechocolate piecemissing shower gel
i found the hotel quite close to the convention center, so i liked the proximity. the historic building had character, a welcome change from typical hotels. i had fresh bottled water plus chocolates in my room, a very nice touch. the bathroom had plenty of towels, i found that useful.
during my stay, i noticed there was no shower gel available, even after i had requested it at the front desk.

the staff takes beautiful care of the guests. they offer complimentary coffee that is quite good. the staff was helpful and friendly. i think that service is good.

the building had all the facilities i needed for my visit. the hotel is in an amazingly central spot for everything. the restaurant was very nice. it had a good menu and range of foods.

My room was clean and very classy. I found the staff also very kind. They assisted me at all times. The hotel has a nice restaurant and GREAT food!!!
There was no shower gel provided, even after requesting it after the first night. The rooms were loud. I easily heard anyone having a conversation in the room. I would expect this to be fixed soon.

The hotel restaurant features AMAZING food and diverse options. I enjoyed every meal. I especially loved the pastries at breakfast. They were baked fresh daily. The dining area was clean and well-kept, too.
