The rooms are large. The crew members were helpful. The hotel location proved very convenient for accessing various attractions. The shabbat meals were tasty.

My room featured an available coffee maker with supplied coffee. The room was quite spacious with a comfortable bed. I also found bottled water ready for my use upon arrival.

elegant room smiling staff special lamps
the rooms were elegantly decorated and very comfortable. the staff was always smiling and ready to help with any request i had. i especially liked that the hotel offers special lamps for shabbat use and has a synagogue.
the breakfast kosher options were good , but there was no espresso machine.

the suite we booked offered ample space, especially considering european standards. we had two toddlers with us and the staff provided two cribs. highchairs were also available for breakfast. the staff was very helpful with local transportation, telling us about buses and trams.

nonfunctional mikvah policy trap
the breakfast was varied. omelets, scrambled eggs, pancakes, and fruit were available.
the mikvah was advertised but not functional. i find it annoying when advertised amenities aren't actually available! also, i was told i should get a meal discount, but the manager refused. it was like a policy trap, not hospitality.
