the location stood out, it was really central. it was easy to walk to the city center. john, he is the host, was friendly and gave helpful advice. the house included all i needed for a short visit.
the bathroom would benefit from increased cleaning efforts. i noticed the shower could be cleaner.

The hotel location was convenient to the city center.
I found the cleanliness unacceptable. There was a distinct stale smoke smell throughout the building. The bathroom also needed attention, and one of my pillows was missing a pillowcase.

The location offered immediate access to the city center. I found parking right outside the front door convenient. Coffee and breakfast were available, (I especially liked the pastries offered).
The common areas smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, noticeable upon entering the house.
