The bed felt really small. the pillows were uncomfortable. also, room 19 had constant noise from refrigeration units all night. Ear plugs were essential.

i stayed for several nights in the beautiful double room. the room included nice, big windows and soft pillows. the bathroom was clean and stocked with quality toiletries! the staff were attentive and always helpful.
the hallway carpets showed some wear. it would be good to freshen them up.

the receptionist was super nice at check in! i got upgraded to a nicer room. the included breakfast was yummy with fresh fruit and a full english breakfast. they even helped find a taxi when i checked out so i could catch my train!
the hotel needs better pillows! mine seemed like a concrete block. it was not comfy at all and i tossed all night.
