i was very happy the hotel is right on the brunel university campus. it was perfect for my visit (i had meetings there). the staff was really nice and helpful . plus, public transport is super close.
the shower wasn't great. Water pressure was really low. also, i noticed that the hotel room wasn't cleaned until i asked, a bit of a letdown.

My room was tidy. The hotel is very convenient if you study nearby. The staff were also very helpful.
I noticed the tops of the wardrobe had thick dust. The toilet roll holder kept falling off the wall. I didn't sleep well because of the uncomfortable mattress.

the room was a bit small. i found the bathroom to be lacking a fan. (this was a bit of a letdown).

the bathroom was too small and it felt cramped. there wasnt air conditioning through hotel. there was constant noise shouting doors at night.
