the hotel is near paddington station. it made access to the heathrow express easy. several restaurants are nearby! it was convenient to walk to kensington gardens.

the staff offered really good service . they were cheerful and provided helpful recommendations for local dining. the location was very convenient, a short walk from paddington station and the heathrow express. i found the bed comfortable.
I noticed the rooms lacked soundproofing. Hallway noises were easily audible which sometimes interrupted sleep.

the room i booked was smaller than expected it felt a little claustrophobic. the bathroom was essentially a plastic pod. the extractor fan ran for ages after use it made it difficult to sleep at night.

The staff was ALWAYS ready to help with directions, great! the location is super central, a definite PLUS. i also liked the coffee and tea facilities in the room! the wifi worked really well. That's very important.
the bathroom WAS a bit on the smaller side! not a huge deal though.

the location was convenient to paddington station.
The room was quite small. Turning around was a challenge. the bathroom had a persistent unpleasant smell, even after i mentioned it. also, the lack of an elevator was tough after a long day.

I was charmed by the hotels location, it was a minutes walk from paddington station. my compact double room had an air conditioner and refrigerator, which i really liked. the staff assisted me with my luggage. I appreciated their support so much.
The room was very small. I think storage space would be useful.

many restaurants are near to the hotel, so there is an very nice variety to choose from. paddington station also had multiple options for coffee and quick snacks. finding a satisfying meal was never difficult.
