decent stay, but tv issues
the location is near the train station, a convenient aspect.
The tv in my room did not work during my entire stay. I reported it several times, but no one fixed it. i expected better service and a working tv.

missing kettle limited storage
the room lacked basic amenities i expected there was no kettle provided i also noticed a lack of proper storage for clothes beyond a few hangers the absence of a desk impacted my ability to work comfortably

stylish and accessible stay
south harbor public transportation effective windows
The location suited us well since it was just outside the city center. I could explore the south harbor and enjoy biking into town. the public transportation access was convenient. i also appreciated the effective windows that minimized road noise, given the building's location on a busy street.
the absence of a kettle in the room was a slight inconvenience since i had to go downstairs for tea.

clean room respectful staff welcome drink
I appreciated the hotel's proximity to the train station. It made commuting very easy. The room was clean and well-lit. The staff was courteous, and the welcome drink was a nice touch.
The room lacked a wardrobe. I had limited space to store my clothes. There was no fridge available, inconvenient

broken tv water bottles
the staff was cute, a detail i appreciated.
The tv in my room did not work at all, it was quite an inconvenience. I reported this, but nothing was done. there also weren't toothbrushes or toothpaste provided, i found this surprising. finally, complimentary water bottles were absent.
