The location suited us well since it was just outside the city center. I could explore the south harbor and enjoy biking into town. the public transportation access was convenient. i also appreciated the effective windows that minimized road noise, given the building's location on a busy street.

the absence of a kettle in the room was a slight inconvenience since i had to go downstairs for tea.

the staff was cute, a detail i appreciated.

The tv in my room did not work at all, it was quite an inconvenience. I reported this, but nothing was done. there also weren't toothbrushes or toothpaste provided, i found this surprising. finally, complimentary water bottles were absent.
