The location of the hotel is amazing. I experienced prompt and helpful service from the staff . I also enjoyed a delicious breakfast with many choices each morning. My room had a waterfront view and I could hear the gentle sounds of the water.

The gym was a bit small, with limited equipment, crowded during peak hours.

The hotel is near the palace and the NYHAVN area. The hotel's location is central, yet it is set back from the bustle was great. It is a short walk from many main attractions, really nice. The hotel is close to the waterfront.

The staff at the reception were cute and very helpful . Oliver from the front desk was AMAZING and took me to see The Little Mermaid in the hotel buggy!!! The team at the reception took care of all my bookings in the area.
