amazing stay with friendly vibes!
clean room fun vibe excellent breakfast
i found the hotel really clean and tidy throughout. the vibe inside was so fun and cute. it is a little away from everything, yet it was perfect since we were visiting the o2. i loved having so many choices for breakfast!
the room was a bit small for the price i paid.

the hotel vibes were amazing. the room was super clean.
i found not enough plug sockets in the room. the nearest plug socket to the mirror was a european plug socket.

a bar exists plus you can purchase snacks easily it's a nice spot for grabbing quick bites plus drinks i could see many guests enjoying the snacks. the available options was fresh.

the staff were friendly and professional there was a smile the moment i arrived i appreciated the warm greeting i felt welcome i also noticed other guests felt the same it was a nice touch.

I found the staff very lovely. A complimentary non-alcoholic beverage was available upon check-in. The hotel looked modern and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
I noticed that the room had limited storage space, with only a five-space hanging rail and no drawers.

friendly staff great location retro vibe
the staff is super friendly, maheila really stood out. she was so attentive. location is great too. its just a hop to the excel center and the train station. the retro vibe is rad!
the room didn't get warm enough. i messed with everything, but the temperature stayed low.

central temperature control train noise
The staff was friendly and accommodating to my requests.
The temperature control was centrally regulated. I could not adjust it in my room. I had to turn the system off and open the window, but this resulted in frequent noise from nearby trains every 15 minutes.
