reasonable experience
transport links extra towels expensive rate noisy room
i stayed for two nights while visiting europa park. the park was about a 20 minute walk away with good transport links. i was provided with some toiletries and extra towels were available upon request.
the nightly rate seemed expensive and parking was an extra charge on top. the family room was noisy, and i could hear furniture being moved in adjacent rooms. i also heard people talking in nearby rooms, though the room was a good size.

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC stay NEAR europapark!
ample parking modern room comfortable bed
I REALLY appreciated the convenient location near Europa Park. The hotel provided AMPLE parking. I loved the modern room design and the COMFORTABLE bed. The hotel's proximity to the park was a HUGE plus for me. Breakfast had many delicious OPTIONS.
The room lacked a refrigerator. THIS was slightly inconvenient.

staff members were friendly and helpful. the front desk offered quick assistance and check-in and check-out. i REALLY liked how they handled requests and ensured my stay was problem-free. the service was super.

comfortable bed friendly staff
The bed was very comfortble. The location allows easy access to a big supermarket about 25 meters away. Staff was friendly. Check-in was easy.
The air conditioning did not work correctly and some guests complained about the temperature.

convenient location kind staff clean rooms luggage lockers
The hotel is conveniently located, with access to Europa Park. I found the staff kind and the bar remained open late. The rooms were very clean and modern. I appreciated the lockers available for luggage storage after checking out.

pink decor convenient lockers fitness area little hanging poor air untended garden
the hotel features a charming pink decor. i found convenient lockers for storing my belongings and enjoyed access to a fitness area. watching football matches in the tv room during the euro added to the lovely experience. the hotel's proximity to a lidl store open from 7am to 9pm was also very handy.
the room felt a bit cramped. there was very little hanging space. the air conditioning did not work well, hindering my sleep. room cleaning was not done . the garden looked untended. i really missed a kettle in the room. the lack of a telephone was an inconvenience. i was not able to call the reception from my room.
