excellent stay!
great lobby convenient location
The hotel lobby felt luxurious with great views of the mountains. Staff offered us champagne upon arrival. the rooms were clean and met my expectations, and the hotel's proximity to the gondola was amazing! i loved the convenient location right next to the gondola and close to town. the hotel proved to be great value.
i found the lack of amenities in the spa area a bit disappointing! there were no provisions made. this was inconvenient.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They provided options for early check-in and late check-out! the kitchen staff showed great friendliness, readily helping with requests. the hotel team demonstrated a positive attitude.

comfortable room convenient location limited menu tasteless food
the room was very comfy and tidy. i found the breakfast to be good with a big choice of cheese and fruits. it was like a nice way to start the day. the location near the gondola was very convenient.
the dinner was not buffet, it was a la cart. this involved choosing from a limited menu. the choices were not always to my liking, and the food sometimes lacked taste.

The hotel location is very convenient. It provides easy access to the gondola.
The staff seemed overwhelmed, causing tables to be uncleared during breakfast. I also found that the balcony door in my room did not close properly (even after I reported it). We had to use extra duvets to block the cold air.

long wait time uncomfortable pillows
The location proved convenient for accessing the gondola, a plus for skiing.
I was quite frustrated with the breakfast setup. Drinks were not self-service. I had to wait a very long time to get even water.. The staff was overwhelmed, resulting in tables not being cleaned and a chaotic atmosphere. I also found the pillows in the room very uncomfortable, and the balcony door didn't close properly, letting in cold air.

a tender stay
gondola access champagne offer high end feelings
the gondola access proved convenient. the staff offered champagne upon arrival, they even carried our bags to the room. the lobby, bar, and dining area present high end feelings, overlooking the ski road and mountains.
The parking area license plate recognition barrier seemed faulty during my entire week. I constantly required reception to open it.
