a tender stay
gondola accesschampagne offerhigh end feelings
the gondola access proved convenient. the staff offered champagne upon arrival, they even carried our bags to the room. the lobby, bar, and dining area present high end feelings, overlooking the ski road and mountains.
The parking area license plate recognition barrier seemed faulty during my entire week. I constantly required reception to open it.

The hotel food was very tasty, both in the main dining hall and the turkish restaurant. i noticed nearly all service personnel were foreign. the service remained excellent.

i found the staff quite helpful and kind. one example is the early check-in and late check-out offered. the kitchen team seemed very supportive as well.
