charming hotel stay
tasty food classy decor good weights yoga instructor
The combination of tasty food, classy decor, and mountain views really stood out. i liked the gym, it had good weights and machines. the yoga instructor was very good, i attended one class. the spa team provided magical infusions. Their service was charming.
I noticed the parking seemed a bit small. it was surprising to see cars parked outside. it didn't greatly impact my overall stay. Just a minor observation.

the junior suite balcony included cosy spaces. the views from the balcony were astonishing. i found the room comfortable, it provided a relaxing atmosphere.

the hotel has an amazing position in nature. the forest surroundings are very suggestive. it provides a sense of peace and beautiful mountain views.

the spa area is very large, i could easily spend the whole day there. sauna facilities were great. there are wonderful swimming pools available. the hotel architecture blends perfectly with nature.

all staff members were very friendly and helpful? i found the reception staff particularly accommodating. the cleaner made sure my room was comfortable. the bar staff were very attentive and charming.

some issues
badly managed spa annoying led lamp
the breakfast was very nutritious and generous
i was a bit disappointed the spa service was badly managed and organized i booked several treatments and all started late and ended well ahead of schedule the worst part was a treatment with an annoying led lamp pointed at my eyes i asked to turn it off but it was not possible

friendly staff spacious suite expensive water no air conditioning
the staff was very friendly. they were really nice too arrange for my husband to watch his ice hockey game at 2am from their conference room. i found every detail well-considered, from the spacious suite designs to the complimentary healthy snacks prepared by the pool.
there was no air conditioning in the room. i found this unacceptable given the warm temperatures. when i asked for tap water, i was charged 5.50 euro for a liter, which i thought was ridiculous. eating next to big dogs in a closed space was also not ideal for me.
