the staff was very friendly. they were pretty good too arrange for my husband to watch his ice hockey game at 2am from their conference room. i found every detail well-considered, from the spacious suite designs to the complimentary healthy snacks prepared by the pool.

there was no air conditioning in the room. i found this unacceptable given the warm temperatures. when i asked for tap water, i was charged 5.50 euro for a liter, which i thought was ridiculous. eating next to big dogs in a closed space was also not ideal for me.
