The location is great near the Kuramae station. Reaching the hotel from the airport was simple, even without previous metro experience. The capsule was spacious with USB ports and good lighting. I appreciated the secure storage space under the capsule for valuables.
The noise from other guests moving around at night made it difficult to sleep well.

The staff spoke English well and were very kind. Check-in and check-out processes were efficient. They provided fresh towels and comfortable pajamas every morning for each guest.

I appreciated the proximity to the subway. a mcdonald's and a supermarket were less than three minutes away. a coin operated washing machine and dryer were on the hotel. This was helpful.
There was considerable noise. the door for the luggage area under the bed is metal. i heard cling cling noises made by others. there were limited plugs to charge my phone. Only a usb-a port existed.

Amazing Capsule Experience

I enjoyed the spacious lounge area, it featured a variety of seating. The beds were fantastic! There was a lot of room for baggage under the bed locker. I found it easy to fit two large cases plus extras, awesome. Fresh towels and pyjamas were provided each day. I appreciated having amenities like toothbrushes and toothpaste available.
Sound insulation was not great. Noise from other guests packing early in the morning was noticeable, as there is only a curtain, instead of a door.

The staff greeted me with a smile. They were very helpful with luggage storage. Staff members were readily available and always ready to help guests with directions or any requests.

The hotel is near several options. Sukiya and McDonald's were just next door for quick meals. There were also convenience stores nearby. Kuramae Station is only a minute or two away by foot. I loved it!
