the staff were helpful. deepak, in particular, greeted me after my arrival from the us. he secured my luggage as i traveled elsewhere for some days. i am grateful.

The hotel room had a strange smell, and the hot water wasn't working. the blanket provided was far too heavy. I felt uncomfortably hot while trying to sleep with just the fan running.

Deepak helped me settle in after I arrived from the US. He also kept my suitcase safe when I traveled for several nights. His brother was also helpful showing me where to catch my bus. I appreciated it! I wish I could have stayed longer.

The owner repeatedly tried to sell activities. I said no many times.

The room was very very comfy and tidy . The bed was firm. It allowed me to rest well. I also found the provided blanket warm, useful during the colder nights.

The hotel owner was quite helpful. He assisted in planning my local trips. The room had a fan, so it was suitable for warmer days. The location was good, near many restaurants.

The sound insulation wasn't great. Noise from outside was noticeable. The bathroom lacked shampoo. Hot water was inconsistent on some days.
