the staff were eager to please and always ready to assist. they were attentive without being intrusive, a fine balance they achieved well. i found the therapists at the spa to be quite skilled, reasonable service. i also had loads of hot water, a definite plus after a day of exploring.

This hotel stands out with its amazing service and genuine warmth. we were welcomed with an upgrade to a beautiful room showcasing a massive balcony complete with a swing. the view from this height was astonishing and my daughter really loved it. the hotel's dining was a treat. Both restaurants offered delicious food and magnificent scenery.
the room decoration felt a bit underwhelming for such a special occasion, i expected something more elaborate.
