the location was good, close to the beach and restaurants.
I booked a room, requesting a balcony. Instead, i got a subterranean cellar. they said no other rooms were available, but upper-floor rooms suddenly was for other guests at extra charges, it seemed.

I loved the pool. It was the perfect spot to cool down after a day exploring. the location is great with lots of nice bars and restaurants super close by (everything is walkable!). i found my room to be very super clean and cozy. the service was excellent.
i think the only slight downside was the breakfast could use a few more options, even though what they did have was pretty tasty.

My family room had comfortable beds and ample space for luggage, made settling in very easy. the room included a balcony. It was perfect for morning coffee. daily cleaning kept the room super clean .

the pool area was well-kept with plenty of sun loungers and umbrellas available . i saw staff frequently cleaning and tidying the area (so it was always very clean!). the hotel offered free wifi throughout the hotel.

the hotel is a short walk from the beach and is near shops and restaurants, so everything i needed was easily accessible. bus stops nearby provided convenient transport links to explore surrounding areas.

The rooms were very clean. Daily housekeeping kept everything tidy. The staff were very friendly and helpful with any requests. I appreciated the convenient location near various restaurants.
There was no help with luggage to upstairs rooms. That was somewhat inconvenient.
