i found the staff super helpful and they quickly got us a room. i was also upgraded, so i could enjoy the view. the hot tubs were very clean after a long day of travel. i was happy that the breakfast was great and they had gluten-free options for me.
the room had a small opening for the window and insects came in. i think a mesh could be a great solution. also, there was no fridge in the room.
